Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
